The Team Beat Off Competition From Six Other Scottish Firms

The team, who were highly commended last year, beat off stiff competition from six other Scottish firms to win the highly-contested category. There were a record number of applications received for the 11th year of the awards, with Litigation Team of the Year the most popular.

Irwin Mitchell Scotland acts for more than 30 victims, including those affected personally and the families of those killed, in the fatal Edinburgh Legionnaires’ outbreak in 2012.

They continue to campaign for both the Scottish and UK Governments to launch a public inquiry into commercial helicopter safety in the UK.
