Biography
I am a paralegal in the Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in our Sheffield office. I have been with Irwin Mitchell since July 2018, during which time I have developed a specialism in:
- Will validity challenges
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Proprietary Estoppel and claims under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
What inspired you to get into law?
I first became interested in the law during my A-Levels. After gaining work experience in the area of private client law and experiencing first hand the way that we can dramatically and positively change lives, I immediately became drawn to a career in law.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Working with and supporting clients through challenging situations and being able to achieve such positive results for them.
