Biography
Charlotte continues to gain experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, and enjoys working on complex cases. She has a particular interest in shareholder and partnership disputes, and matters involving contractual issues. She is familiar with all forms of alternative dispute resolution, and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve a commercial and proportionate outcome.
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
Recent highlights:
- Advised on a complex shareholder dispute requiring declaratory and injunctive relief.
- Provided advice on the restoration process for a company which had been struck off from the Register of Companies.
- Acting for the liquidators of a company in respect of proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
- Successfully recovered a significant debt on behalf of a client without the need to issue court proceedings.
