Biography
I am a solicitor specialising in Family Law. This includes matters arising from a separation, such as divorce, child arrangements, and property disputes.
I also help people protect their interests when taking the next step with a new partner, for instance advising on pre- and post-marital agreements (‘pre-nups’) and cohabitation agreements.
I qualified in September 2016 having completed my training at Irwin Mitchell. I have experience in a wide range of cases, including international divorce and child relocation. In 2017/18 I supported a Partner in a case where we successfully obtained permission for a client's children to relocate to the US. The case was reported in the media due to the importance of the legal principles.
I chose to qualify in Family Law because I enjoy working with my clients. It is usually a very difficult time for them and I hope to make the process simple and take some of the strain away from them. I make sure I understand my client’s objectives to reach a conclusion they are happy with.
