"I am immensely satisfied with the service received from Irwin Mitchell. I wanted a company I could trust, and ensure that my claim would be dealt with, in a professional and timely manner. I was kept informed throughout the proceedings, and given good advice at each stage. Irwin Mitchell delivered in all areas. Throughout all proceedings Louise and her team, showed real care and compassion that made me feel part of their family. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!" - 5* Trustpilot review
"From my initial contact with Louise Jenkins following a personal recommendation, I have been in such professional, safe hands. Following a fairly traumatic accident, Louise has given me so much time, explained every step & answered every daft question fully (& there have been quite a few). Recuperation has been always at the top of Louise’s list for me & all the stress & worry of dealing with the accident has been taken from my shoulders." - 5* Trustpilot review
"Our experience with Louise Jenkins and Jeanette Scalen of Irwin Mitchell was second to none. They accepted our case and worked tirelessly for 10 years to get compensation for my son's injury. Nothing was to much trouble at anytime, the communication between ourselves and them was first class, every step of the way was discussed and informed with ourselves. Excellent." - 5* Trustpilot review
"The specialist team, headed by Louise Jenkins, are very caring, understanding the stresses caused by serious head injuries. The team acted sympathetically at all times and their after care is second to none. The team's legal expertise were paramount when representing my case. All avenues were fully explored utilising the many professionals available to the team. They also acted with extreme care for my wife, who like me, had no prior knowledge of head injuries. We feel very lucky to have benefited from the advice and care of The Serious Head Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell and will always be grateful for their continued support." - 5* Trustpilot review
