Biography
I'm a solicitor in our Manchester office. I'm part of our Wills Trusts and Estate Disputes team. I've been with Irwin Mitchell since February 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in May 2021.
I specialise in private client disputes and litigation, including:
- Will validity challenges
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputes surrounding the ownership of assets under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and constructive trust cases
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Proprietary estoppel cases
- Financial abuse matters.
I act for private individuals nationally in both advancing and defending such claims.
