Biography
Natasha is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team in Sheffield, and works on a wide variety of complex commercial and consumer disputes for both commercial and individual clients.
One of Natasha’s particular specialisms is in professional negligence claims and deals with a vast breadth of such cases involving construction professionals, solicitors, accountants, barristers, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
Natasha joined the firm in 2008 as a paralegal in the Commercial and Property Litigation team and qualified as a solicitor into that team in 2013 jointly with the insolvency team before moving full time into the Commercial Litigation team and being promoted to Associate in 2016 and Senior Associate in 2019.
Natasha currently acts for a broad range of clients, both nationally and internationally, including companies, insolvency practitioners and private individuals. She also works with a number of well-known insurers dealing with disputes for individuals and businesses who have the benefit of a legal expense insurance policy.
Natasha is tenacious and dedicated to achieving the best possible for all her clients, either through negotiation or advocacy, and has been described as a “problem solver” and the “go to” when there is a problem.”
