Biography
Nia manages our partnerships with England Rugby and British Rowing. This includes our brand campaign, business development activity, legal support, and diversity & inclusion collaboration. Through our England Rugby partnership, Nia also leads our Irwin Mitchell Mentoring Club targeted at transitioning age grade rugby players into the adult game.
She's consulted for national governing bodies, regional unions and local sports clubs within rugby for 10+ years. Her specialities are in project, events, and people management within the sports industry, but also has experience in transformational business change.
In addition, Nia is currently an Allianz Premier 15s Referee and National Panel Assistant Referee for England Rugby, and part of the elite female match officials pathway operating within the professional and international women’s game.
