Biography
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Serious Injury team in Southampton. I act for people who have suffered serious injuries in a wide variety of circumstances. This can be through road traffic accidents, accidents at work, as a result of defective products and those that occur on land owned by others. I have a special interest in claims that result in extensive scarring.

What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
After reading Law at university in England and Canada I knew that a career as a solicitor was for me. I was drawn to the impact that the law has on day to day life, which is so clearly seen when people are injured through no fault of their own.

What Do You Like About Working At Irwin Mitchell?
I enjoy working with other like minded professionals who put the client at the heart of work undertaken.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I enjoy trekking, climbing mountains and running marathons. I am hoping to tackle the Portsmouth Marathon this year. When I am not halfway up a mountain I enjoy spending time with my family.
I am a proud trustee of the WetWheels Foundation. WetWheels provides the opportunity for disabled and disadvantaged people to access the sea in a safe, stimulating and rewarding way through specifically modified, fully accessible powerboats. It is a successful concept developed and pioneered by disability sports ambassador Geoff Holt MBE.
