I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2013.
As a Licensed Conveyancer within the Residential Property team, I deal with all aspects of residential property conveyancing including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Transfers of title and equity
- Re-mortgages
- Matrimonial transfer of equity
- Shared ownership conveyancing
- Estate agent referral work
- Property portfolios.
Along with my colleagues, we aim to provide a thorough conveyancing service with excellent customer service.
