Biography

I’m the Group Chief Financial Officer for Irwin Mitchell Holdings Ltd and the Compliance Officer Financial Administration for Irwin Mitchell LLP and Ascent Performance Group Ltd.

I’m a qualified accountant (ACMA) with 25 years post qualification experience across several sectors and businesses working in the UK, Ireland and the USA.

I’m responsible for finance, financial compliance, tax, treasury, risk, insurance, procurement, supplier management, investor relations and execution of M&A transactions.

Before joining Irwin Mitchell, my role was Group Financial Controller at Drax Group Plc. I’ve held various other CFO and Head of Finance roles, at Augean Plc, Kelda Group Ltd, and Nestle UK & Ireland.

Outside of work I’m a sports fan and I try to keep fit by cycling, running and walking.
