With over 15 years' experience in Business Development, Rob is passionate about helping people and businesses grow and succeed. He sees the true value of building strong relationships and takes real pleasure in connecting people within his and the firms’ network. He won't always have the answer to your question, but more often than not he'll know someone who does.
In his Senior Associate role at Irwin Mitchell, Rob leads the international business development strategy for the firm. He also sits on the advisory board of global elite ranked legal network, First Law International. He's responsible for the firms membership of the Bridge Group (US & North America) and Avrio Advocati (Europe) networks. In addition to his global role, Rob also supports the firms' national Business Development (BD) strategy across key industry sectors and audience groups including Owner Managed and Family Businesses.

Rob is personally committed to developing future talent across Business Development and sits on the steering committee for the Professional Marketing Forum (PM Forum) in Yorkshire.
